Goods that are defective at the factory can be objected to. The statutory complaints procedure takes up to 14 days, but we are trying to shorten it to 36 hours.
If the product purchased from us turns out not to be what you expected, you can safely return it within 14 days, provided it is unused. Personalized goods are excluded from the right of return.
